The Telesis TMP1700i PINSTAMP marking system is an easily integratable version of the TMP1700 system that features a quick-disconnect head cable. TMP1700i systems deliver all of the same TMP1700 capabilities and operational features that have made the TMP1700 a marking system of choice for identification, traceability, and branding applications. A hardened pin is pneumatically driven to indent precise dot-matrix patterns comprising alphanumeric characters, 2D data matrix bar codes, logos, and much more into the item being marked. The system software controls the shape, size, density, and location of the dots as well as pin extension, retraction, and X- and Y- axis pin-positioning motions.
The proprietary “floating-pin” technology unique to Telesis PINSTAMP designs provides the added benefit of greater consistency of mark quality by accommodating for surface irregularities. All of this is available in an easy-to-integrate system – the TMP1700i
