Mobile Torque Tool Repair and Calibration (MTRAC)

In 2013 CPS successfully introduced The “MTRAC” which is an ISO 17025 accredited Mobile Tool Repair and Calibration Truck. The convenience of on-site repairs and calibration for torque tools and marking systems has had great success by reducing customer downtime with little to no interference with regular production processes.    Below are some of the services offered through MTRAC. Our ISO-17025 lab-status “Mobile Tool Repair And Calibration” lab (MTRAC) provides the following services:

• on-site calibrations for shut down procedures
• on-site calibrations, repairs and PM’s
• demonstrate product lines to customers
• demonstrate new product lines
• emergency on-site repairs/service

  CPS first introduced the MTRAC in late 2012 and so far it has been extremely successful for both us and our customers. The MTRAC’s services ensure:

• reduction of customer down-time
• convenience of on-site service and repairs
• little to no interference with regular processes
• ability to view product demos at your facility
