Telesis ProMed Laser Marking Enclosure for Medical Devices
The Telesis ProMed™ is designed around the needs of medical device part marking. It gives manufacturers a stable, repeatable platform for permanent marks that support FDA UDI requirements and internal quality control.
Precision Built
A Mattison precision ground top plate, an Aerotech X/Y stage and a heavy-duty welded steel base keep vibration low and marks accurate. A programmable Z-axis mounting post sets laser focus automatically for each part.
Laser Optimized for Annealing
The ProMed is paired with a laser suited to annealing, producing smooth, corrosion-resistant marks on stainless steel and other medical-grade metals. It is available as a Class 1 enclosure or a CDRH Class 4 configuration to suit your production floor.
